Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to any information you share with Bulls Gym & Physical Fitness Club ("Bulls Gym", "we", "us") through this website.

Who this website belongs to

This website is owned and operated by Bulls Gym & Physical Fitness Club, Pokhara. It is designed and technically maintained by ScaleForge, who built and looks after the site on our behalf. ScaleForge does not collect, store, or have access to any of the information you submit through this website. Anything you share with us goes directly to Bulls Gym and remains our property.

What information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us, such as:

• Your name and phone number
• Your preferred branch (Nayabazar or Birauta)
• The program you're interested in
• Any message you add when getting in touch

You share this with us when you fill in the booking form on this site or message us directly on WhatsApp, call, or email. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to get back to you.

How your information reaches us

When you submit the booking form on this website, it doesn't get stored on any server or database. It simply opens WhatsApp with your details already filled in, ready for you to send straight to our team. Nothing is saved by the website itself at any point.

How we use your information

We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange your free session, and answer questions about membership or our branches. We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Other services on this site

This website links out to a few outside services so you can find and reach us:

• Google Maps — to show our branch locations
• WhatsApp — to send us a message
• Instagram and Facebook — to view our social pages

These services are run by other companies (Google and Meta) and have their own privacy policies, which apply once you're on their platform. We'd suggest taking a look at those if you're curious how they handle your data.

Cookies

This website itself does not use cookies or any tracking or analytics tools. The Google Maps embed may set its own cookies when it loads — that's controlled by Google, not by us.

Your information stays with us

Any information you send us through this site or WhatsApp is received directly by Bulls Gym and remains our property. If you'd like us to update or delete details we hold about you, or if you have any questions about how we handle your information, just reach out using the contact details below.

Children

This website is intended for adults enquiring about gym membership. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
